Part-Time Assistant / Project Manager bij Studio Matti
 

As a Part-Time Assistant at Studio Matti, you are the driving force behind our young and dynamic studio. Your role is essential for ensuring the smooth flow of our daily operations, allowing our team to focus on creating inspiring designs for our projects in the lifestyle sector.

 

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Management of Communication Channels:
You are the voice of Studio Matti, handling phone calls and WhatsApp messages with flair and professionalism. You efficiently manage incoming emails, set priorities, forward information to the right team member, and answer general inquiries.

• Coordination with Suppliers:
You are our bridge to suppliers, maintaining contact and follow-ups to ensure our projects are delivered with the highest quality and within the set deadlines.

• Preparing Quotations:
You play a crucial role in preparing quotations, gathering and organizing information to ensure our clients have a clear understanding of the value we provide.

• Agenda Management and Team Organization:
You are the director behind the scenes, managing and coordinating the schedules of our team members to ensure our projects are completed on time. You also organize our inspiring team meetings and brainstorming sessions, where creativity and innovation come to life.

• Support in Creative Projects and Content Creation:
You contribute ideas and execute them. From developing basic content (copy and visuals) to independently taking photos during content shoots and photo reports – you make sure our visual content aligns perfectly with the story we want to tell. You are involved in the preparation, execution, and selection of visuals, always with an eye for detail and in line with Studio Matti’s style.

You have a keen eye for detail and communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, in Dutch and English.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A completed bachelor’s degree in administration or communication (minimum).

  • IT Skills: Proficient in software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google, and project management software (ClickUp).

  • Languages: English, and Dutch are required - French is a must.
     

Working in an Inspiring Team:

  • Schedule: 4 days, 6 hours per day (to be discussed).

  • Salary: Based on the minimum wage, including meal vouchers and transport allowance.

  • On-site: Studio Matti – Wolstraat 45, 1000 Brussels.

  • You will be part of a young, creative team consisting of 1 creative director, 1 graphic designer, 1 communication manager, 1 photographer and 1 videographer – all driven professionals striving for excellence in their fields.
